About our Secure Ordering system
 
Our 4 step, easy to use ordering system will assist you placing your order.

The 4 easy steps are:
1. Add your item or used instrument to your shopping cart using the button above.
2. Choose shipping method.
3. Enter your shipping/billing address and choose payment method.
4. Confirm and submit your Order

In order to make sure that your information stays secure we are using the
industry standard SSL technology. When you are in the shopping cart window,
please look for the used laptops or used laptops symbols to see that your order goes through
a secured communication channel.

Different Shipping and Billing address and paying with Credit Card ?

I understand that if my billing and shipping addresses are different in case of a credit card payment, then I'm responsible for the following:
 

 - I will have to notify my credit card issuer about the alternate shipping address. This is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are being delivered to a destination other than your billing address. (Please call the toll free number on the back of your credit card and give them the shipping address.)

 - I understand that failure to do so may considerably delay the processing of my order.

If the address to which your order is being shipped differs from your billing address , please use the toll-free number on the front or back of your card to contact your credit card company and create an "Alternate Shipping Address", which is simply a note on your account authorizing purchases that are delivered to a destination other than your billing address. International orders
We do not accept international credit cards, therefore we ask you to wire transfer the payment to us before we ship the products.

Credit card fraud
We do not tolerate credit card fraud, which is a felony. If it is determined that an attempted order is fraudulent, we will report all information to the FBI, at www.ifccfbi.gov.
